Software developer in C# .NET Core and C++
To be part of it you must be an Software developer in C# .NET Core and C++, who has a minimum experience of 3 years in the use of these technical skills:
Hard Skills requested:

Optional but welcome:
• Basic knowledge of MSSQL
• Experience with Angular as frontend
Job Location:
In Pescara but we are available to accepet the hybrid mode for candidates who do not live in the immediate proximinity of the company headquarters.
Solution Delivery
• To manage the entire life cycle of a project who has the focus to implement the d-one platform in companies who are moving toward “smart manufacturing”;
• To be responsible to guarantee the respect of the main focus of the project: the “scope of work,” to quality, the punctuality with what has been scheduled and the budget;
• To Lead, to facilitate, and to provide the phases analysis and to keep up with the customers’ requeriments;
• Knows the Project management’s main values, uses the tools such as th Gantt’s project to track the billing and delivering milestones;
• To Lead SAL’s projects and Steering Committees with key stakeholders;
• To ensure the right quality of the final deliverable through testing and certificating activities and to support actively through the training and the “go-live” phases;
• To Manage the first level of escalation and priorities with the customer and the internal team;
• To work with multidisciplinary teams, through: Design, Development and Customer Care teams;
• To analyze the customer experience in order to guarantee the d-one products growth.
`` Hard” Skills required:
• Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing Management Knowledge;
• Knowledge of the Agile’s methodology main principles, most of all about the software development
• Knowledge of the Project management’s principles;
• Knowledge of the main stages of digital and software product development;
• Knowledge, also at basic level, of major databases and their use with the goal to extrapolate and to process the data.

Sales Manager
To be part of it you must be an Sales Manager, which has a minimum experience of 7 years in the use of these technical skills:
Knowledge and experience in software product sales and digitization. Supply Chain and Manufacturing process knowledge is an important plus
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English (third language is a plus)
Proactive and excellent problem solving skills
Intelligent risk taking in applying good business judgement and common sense before acting
Ability to work under pressure in a small, but rapidly growing company
Full availability to travel, both in the domestic market as well as abroad
