UX Designer
To be part of it you must be an UX Designer, which has a minimum experience of 2/3 years in the use of these technical skills:
Expertise in User Experience
Expertise in User Interface
Expertise in asset development (storyboard, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes)
Knowledge of Design tools (Adobe XD / Sketch)
Basic knowledge of how designs are implemented by the development team (HTML / CSS / JS, Auto Layout, Javascript, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with visual designers and front-end developers
Fluency in English
Expertise in User Experience
Full Stack Developer
To be part of it you must be a Full stack Developer, which has a minimum experience of 2/3 years in the use of these technical skills:
Excellent knowledge of JAVA technologies for web applications development
Excellent knowledge of database theories and SQL language (MySQL)
Good knowledge of JavaScript language and its frameworks (jQuery)
Good knowledge of CSS ver. 2 and 3
Knowledge of non-relational databases (MongoDB)
Knowledge of implementation of rest API
Knowledge of the GIT Version Control System
Knowledge of the English language
Delivery Specialist
To be part of this team and bring out your talent you have to be a Delivery Specialist, which has a minimum experience of 4+ years in these activities:
Work effectively with the Manager to ensure projects delivery against agreed priorities;
Execute by following the mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on platform development activities;
Manage a committed Project team, in order to guarantees the highest level performance for the allocated project scope
Be accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of platform development projects, adapting the platform as needed and proposing solutions;
Ensure continuous improvement plan for platform development;
Understand the Customer Experience in order to support the product improvement;
Support Budget development and revenue plan control.
Fluency in English (second lenguage knowledge is a plus)
And has these Technical skills:
Knowledge of Project Management processes and techniques
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Degree (preferably in Engineering or Information Technology)
Fluency in English (second lenguage knowledge is a plus)
Sales Manager
To be part of it you must be an Sales Manager, which has a minimum experience of 7 years in the use of these technical skills:
Knowledge and experience in software product sales and digitization. Supply Chain and Manufacturing process knowledge is an important plus
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English (third language is a plus)
Proactive and excellent problem solving skills
Intelligent risk taking in applying good business judgement and common sense before acting
Ability to work under pressure in a small, but rapidly growing company
Full availability to travel, both in the domestic market as well as abroad
